Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using the latest technical tools and resources
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and team members
  • Stay current with technical publications and participate in ongoing training programs
  • Perform safe, accurate, and timely vehicle service in compliance with safety standards
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and safety
  • Complete all service paperwork accurately and maintain proper documentation
  • Support Service Manager, Diagnostic Specialist, or Group Leader with assigned tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Lexus vehicles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service abilities
  • Ability to read and understand technical repair manuals and guides
  • Good judgment and sound decision-making skills
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school degree preferred
  • ASE certification relevant to the work level may be required
